Mollik Foods Refund Policy

Overview:
It takes 7 days for our Refund Policy and return policy to take effect. You cannot get a full refund or an exchange if your purchase has not been 7 days since it was made. Your item must be unutilized, and in the same condition as when you were receiving it, to qualify for a refund. It’s got to be in the original packaging, too.
The return of certain types of goods shall not be permitted. It shall not be possible to return any perishable goods, such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines. Products such as personal or sanitary goods, hazardous materials and flammable liquid or gas shall also not be accepted.

- Downloadable software products
- Some health and personal care items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- Book with obvious signs of use
- CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery
Refunds
We will send you an email after your return has been processed and checked to let you know that we’ve received the returned item. Approval or refusal of your refund shall also be communicated to you. If you are approved, your refund will be received and the credit is automatically applied for a credit card or an original method of payment within a certain time period.
Late or missing refunds: Refund Policy

Refund may only be made for items which are normally priced. No refund may be granted for the sale items.

Shipping returns: Refund Policy
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Mollik Foods, Koborsthan Road, Alubdi, Mirpur 12, Dhaka 1216.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
